How To Return An Item
30 Day Trouble-free guarantee: If the products supplied are defective or damaged, they will be replaced at no charge. Guarantee is void if modifications/repairs are performed by anyone except the team at Tags & Tickets. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase otherwise a return will not be accepted.
Tags & Tickets understands that sometimes products do not fit the needs of our customers for one reason or another. Therefore, when returning products, we ask that you follow the steps outlined below:
- Please email email@example.com to request a refund providing us with the requested information including the invoice number (located at the top right hand corner) and your order number
- Once approved, mail your returned item to:
- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original invoice.
Reason for Return
Tell us why you are returning the product. We may be able to suggest a different product that will better suit your needs. If you would like to exchange a product, any price difference will either be refunded or charged to your billing account.
Products that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Your returned package must contain all original material. Returns may be rejected if the product has been damaged during shipment, to prevent this from occurring, we ask you to take care to choose your preferred courier with a reliable tracking system. No returns will be accepted for credit or upgrade after the initial 30 day period has expired. No custom products are refundable.
If the item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different colour or type if it is the same monetary value. You still will have to pay return shipping.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

If the item is in stock, your order will be shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5pm.
Tags & Tickets uses the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If you have got a preferred shipping courier your account will be charged.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the minimum order value. If you order is over $250 + GST your order will be shipped FIS (Free Into Store). Any order under the value of $250 + GST, you will be charged a freight charge of $20 + GST. If your order is under 5kg cubed it will be sent via Air, otherwise by Road. Standard Conditions Apply – if your situation is different you will be advised. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Limitation of Liability
Tags & Tickets products are designed using our best effort in accord to your standards. Tags & Tickets reserves the right to make changes without notice to improve performance of the product or to accommodate changes made in the process. Tags & Tickets makes no warranty of merchantability and shall not be liable for consequential damages of any kind.
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information and confidential.
What Information Do We Collect?
We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:

In addition we may also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. We do not store your Credit Card data.
